标准数独基础上，如果圆圈格内是A，那么由圆圈格引发的每一条箭头线条上，都有A个数字与圆圈格内数字奇偶性一致。
Classic rules applied. Additionally, if the circle cell is A, then on each arrow line from the circle, there're A numbers have same parity with A.
