规则Rules：
标准数独基础上，箭头必须指向其相邻格（上下左右）中，与箭头所在格的数字最接近（指差值的绝对值最小）的所有格。
Classic rules applied. Additionally, arrows must point to the nearest number (the smallest difference in absolute value) in all cells adjacent to it (share an edge with this cell).
