标准数独基础上，某一个数字是标杆。有＞的格子内的数字比标杆大，有＜的格子内的数字比标杆小。
Classic rules applied. Additionally, there is a number as wildcard. Cells with＞contain numbers larger than wildcard, cells with＜contains numbers smaller than wildcard.
