十一倍 Eleven

十一倍数独是为了第11届世界数独锦标赛所设计。标准数独基础上，涂色的行列中的九个数字组成的九位数，是11的倍数。在一些资料中，这个题型是全标的，但是例题并不是全标。

Eleven is a variant designed for the 11th World Sudoku Championship. Classic rules applied, additionally, the marked Rows and Columns form 9-digit number, which is the multiple of 11. In some data, this is a full-marked puzzle, but this example is not full-marked.

奇数位的数字和，与偶数位的数字和，分别是17和28.

The sum of odd-digit numbers and the sum of even-digit numbers are 17 and 28 (out of order).
