黑和白差 Irregular Dots

标准数独基础上，如果第K行/列里有黑点，则该黑点两侧的和为K；如果第K行/列里有白点，则该白点两侧的差为K。所有符合条件的黑点和白点都已经被标记出。

Classic rules applied. Additionally, there is a white dot between two cells if the difference of the digits they contain is equal to the number of a Row/Column they are part of, and there is a black dot between two cells if the sum of the digits they contain is equal to the number of a row they are part of. All possible dots are drawn.
